The plan
The VASCULR MetCon Plan Plan. You'll receive 8 Weeks worth of MetCons which can be broken down into a 5 training days per week. Furthermore, each session is broken down into a strength metcon, gymnastic/skill focused metcon, a standard Vasculr MetCon and a bonus metcon focused on cardiovascular ability.
Who is this for?
If you want a more advanced MetCon training structure, this plan is for you. Essentially you're getting 4 MetCons per day focusing on a variety of CrossFit skills. Great for those who just want to sweat out.
