Welcome to the Vasculr Hyrox workout plan. This plan is designed to help you improve your overall Hyrox performance. Whether you’re a complete beginner who’s never attended a Hyrox event to someone who’s training towards their next Hyrox event and want to improve their time - this training plan is for you. We have 7 days of work with 1 days rest at the end of the training week. We combine a range of strength, conditioning and hyrox style metcons to create a tailored plan for you. Furthermore, there are cardio sessions 3 times per week. It’s important to be running fit when attending the Hyrox events. The training lasts for 8 weeks total. Before starting the plan we encourage you to read the rest of the information below to give you a better understanding on how to efficiently use the plan.
